bebddb0b9a Fix ASF login crash 
In very unlikely scenario of having both login key and password encrypted, but both failing to be decrypted, we could accidentally skip asking for password during logging in (key was available, but not possible to be used) and cause unhandled exception as both login key and passwords were null.
