donghualin 9b33a95fab fix: 修复高缩放率下无法点击快捷面板的问题
计算DockPopupWindow位置和大小的时候,需要考虑缩放率

Log:
Influence: 在1.25倍缩放率下,展开快捷面板,点击网络插件展开按钮,观察是否可以展开
