e47a6dfb80 fix: dock wakeup area not changed 
When dock is hidden, position change through DBus will not change
frontend rect, thus not update wakeup area. This is because position
in WindowManager is not changed. Emit positionChanged signal in
MultiScreenWorker.

关闭蓝牙后还会收到上一个操作的设备扫描的新增信号
解决方案是关闭后不再响应这个信号
