Once volvo fixes shitty and not working escrow_end_date then we could consider getting rid of both of those functions.

723a557e13 Improved looting changes 
- Extend GetMySteamInventory instead of making new function
- Remove Utilities.GetArgsString(), as it's not useful for this case
- Change command from `!take`, to extending `!loot^` instead.
- use uint/byte types for appID/contextID in AWH
