feat(downloader): 更新 aria2c 为修改版 aria2c-fast_x64

- 替换原有的 aria2c.exe 为 aria2c-fast_x64.exe
- 更新 aria2c 路径和相关配置
- 优化下载线程中的 aria2c 参数设置
- 更新 README 文件中的贡献者列表
- 版本号从 1.3.0 升级到 1.3.1
