refactor(app): 更新 UI 和功能以适应新版本

Browse Source 
- 更新 FAQ.md 中的链接和信息以适应新项目地址
- 修改菜单栏名称从"关于"改为"帮助"
- 更新关于对话框内容，增加原作者和许可证信息
- 优化版本信息显示格式
- 重构部分代码以提高可维护性
