feat(core): 优化下载管理器和进度窗口

- 在下载管理器中引入 CloudflareOptimizer、DownloadTaskManager 和 ExtractionHandler 模块，重构下载流程
- 优化下载进度更新频率，减少 UI 卡顿
- 改进下载和解压缩的处理逻辑，确保更流畅的用户体验
- 更新下载线程设置，支持更灵活的下载管理
