refactor(source): 重构代码并优化 imports
- 移除 FAQ-en.md 和 README-en.md 文件 - 更新 Main.py 中的导入语句和错误处理 - 修改消息框相关的代码，使用更合适的 Qt 类 - 调整窗口标志设置，使用正确的枚举值 - 更新 requirements.txt，修改 PyQt-SiliconUI 版本
