tsic404 9011e4a125 fix: plugin set show on dock more times, also need same times call unshow

Duplication was kept when saving the configuration, the same plugin was saved multiple times,
but only one was removed when it was removed

DDE Dock

DDE Dock is the dock of Deepin Desktop Environment.

Installation

Build from source code

Make sure you have installed all dependencies.
Build:

$ cd dde-dock
$ mkdir Build

$ cmake ..
