fix: 只有预览应用时界面圆角为18其他tips圆角为6 (#709)
只有预览应用时界面圆角为18其他tips圆角为6, 并且tips高度根据内容计算高度再加4像素

Log: 修复任务栏应用tips框样式问题
Bug: https://pms.uniontech.com/bug-view-166289.html
Influence: 任务栏tips正常显示
