donghualin 766d6dfcfd fix: 修复从最近使用区域移除驻留后应用图标没有驻留到应用区域最末尾
在AM端处理移除驻留的时候,将需要移除的应用放到列表的最后面,前端在处理应用app发生变化的时候,从后端获取应用的排序,并按照正确的顺序进行排序

Log: 修复驻留最近使用图标无法添加到末尾的问题
Influence: 任务栏时尚模式下,在最近使用区域移除驻留,观察移除的驻留是否在区域的末尾
