refactor: 调整插件接口,删除指针引用

去掉插件的指针接口,同时插件根据任务栏图标类别返回不同类型的图标,修改所有已实现的插件接口

Influence: 任务栏-查看快捷设置图标、快捷区域可点击的图标、系统电源图标是否显示正常
