JustArchi	63cfa1341b	Remove Gift and Coupon from Steam EType ... It doesn't make any sense when we're always asking for community items, no need for extra confusion, and code is also shorter. This IS another breaking change for past configs, so if you're using pre-release you should adapt your configs.
