Add ArchiSteamFarm.OfficialPlugins.MobileAuthenticator (#2822)

* Initial commit for 2FA plugin

* Shut up netf

* Actually import this authenticator right into ASF, and add safeguards

* Further fixes

* Render device_id in the resulting maFile
